Loading Truck Check List

- When trucks are loaded all sinks should have job number / name on it.

- Care kits should also be labeled with job number / name on it.

- Prior to loading jobs they need to be QC’d with label and persons initials. They should have been tabled to ensure seems, edges, material and measurements are correct.

- The sink cut out should be double checked as well
