Fab Shop - Slab Cutting Warranty Process

During the cutting process, it is sometimes unfortunate that a slab can brake. If the when this happens, a warranty claim may be called for. Most special order slabs do carry a warranty. Internal stress with in the slab can be a cause

Please take photos of the following to document the breakage:
- Overall photo of the cut slab on the saw bed
- Manufacture labels with special focus on Manufacture Name, Lot# & Color Name
- Job Name and Job# - Slab Tag or Job Sheet
- Silver Scan Tag with Serial# & Color Name
- Closeup of the broken piece or corner
- Closeup of the saw blade
