Cabinet Status Confirmation

New Cabinetry
I confirm that the new cabinets will be installed, set, secured, leveled and no further adjustments will be made to cabinetry, walls or any other component that could affect the measurements taken for the countertop. Any adjustments made after the template visit will result in the requirement for an additional template visit.

Existing Cabinets With Countertop Removed
I will be removing the existing countertops prior to the template appointment. I will not be altering or adding to the cabinetry or walls after the completion of a template. I understand that it is my responsibility to assure that my cabinets are level, secured and ready to accept the new countertop installation. Any adjustments made after the template visit will result in the requirement for an additional template visit.

Existing Cabinets With Countertop Tear-Out Required
My cabinets are existing, and I would like Granite Works, LLC. to remove the existing countertops. I understand that it is my responsibility to disconnect the plumbing and any gas or electrical connections prior to the tear out appointment. After the completion of the tear out, I will not be altering or adding to the cabinetry. I understand that it is my responsibility to assure that my cabinets are level, secured and ready to accept the new countertop installation. Any adjustments made after the template visit will result in the requirement for an additional template visit.

Template Over Existing Countertops
My cabinets are existing and I am unable to remove the existing countertops prior to the template appointment. By choosing to template over an existing countertop, I acknowledge and understand the possibility of unnecessary gapping, fitting issues as well as possible sink center and sink clearance issues. I understand that a temporary countertop with drop in sink is available to me at the additional cost and I am choosing to not take advantage of that service. Any adjustments made after the template visit will result in the requirement for an additional template visit.
